Each batch of products must undergo strict testing procedures before leaving the factory, including visual inspection, dimensional accuracy measurement, chemical composition analysis, mechanical performance testing (hardness, tensile strength, torque), salt spray testing (corrosion resistance), metallographic analysis, and hydrogen embrittlement testing.

The domestic delivery time for standard products is generally 7-15 working days, while customized products take about 20-30 working days depending on the complexity of the process and order quantity. We have our own mold workshop and automated production line, as well as safety stock, which can flexibly respond to emergency needs. For urgent orders from customers, we can activate the “green channel” mechanism to coordinate production resources and prioritize production. Delivery can be completed within 3-7 working days at the earliest. We suggest that customers communicate with us about the planned milestones before the project starts, in order to lock in production capacity in advance and ensure stable supply.

Yes, we provide comprehensive OEM (based on drawings) and ODM (design assistance) services. We have an experienced engineering team that can select materials, design processes, and optimize structures based on customer provided drawings, samples, or conceptual requirements, providing a one-stop solution from sampling to mass production. Regarding the minimum order quantity (MOQ), we do not have strict restrictions and support small-scale trial production to meet customers’ research and testing needs. The customization process usually includes: requirement communication → drawing/sample confirmation → quotation and sampling → sample testing confirmation → mass production → quality inspection and delivery.
